Who we're looking for
PropMatchCT maintains a curated network — not an open directory. Every manager in our network has been vetted. These are the minimum requirements to apply.
Your company must hold — or operate under — a current Connecticut real estate broker's license. We verify license status at elicense.ct.gov before approving any application.
We match by city and market. You need to be actively operating — not just licensed — in the Connecticut market you apply to serve. We verify this through your portfolio and client references.
We don't work with newly launched companies. Owners trust PropMatchCT to send them established operators. A minimum track record of 2 years is required to apply.
We match owners with managers who have meaningful portfolio experience — not solo operators managing a handful of properties on the side.
We review your Google, Yelp, and BBB presence before approving. A pattern of unresolved negative reviews is disqualifying. We protect the quality of the network for owners.
The best matches happen when we can route confidently. Tell us exactly what you specialize in — multi-family residential, commercial, Section 8, luxury — and we route accordingly.
- ×Unlicensed or newly licensed operators
- ×Managers with active license suspensions or disciplinary actions
- ×Out-of-state companies without active CT operations
- ×Managers with a pattern of unresolved owner complaints
- ×Companies unwilling to provide client references
From application to your first owner introduction
PropMatchCT is a curated network — not a lead marketplace. We vet every property management company before they receive an introduction, and we vet every owner before we send them to you. The result is a higher quality match on both sides.
Submit your company details, license information, service areas, and property type specializations. Applications are reviewed within 3 business days.
We verify your Connecticut broker's license, review your online reputation, and confirm your experience aligns with the markets you've applied to serve.
When a property owner in your market submits their details and their property fits your profile, we make the introduction directly to you.
You have the conversation, present your services, and close the management agreement. We don't interfere with pricing, terms, or the relationship.
Better than buying leads. Better than paid advertising.
"We closed 3 new management agreements in our first 60 days in the network. The leads are legitimate — owners who already understand what a property manager does and are ready to sign."
"I was spending $800/month on Google Ads and converting maybe 1 in 40 clicks. PropMatchCT sends us owners who have already pre-qualified themselves. The close rate is completely different."
